1. Digital Products

The course and ebooks are digital products. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased course and ebooks. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, upload or commercially exploit the materials unless expressly authorized in writing.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final and no refunds are offered. Because these are digital products that may be accessed immediately, you agree to this policy to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

4. Course Access

We may update course content, replace videos, improve materials or make reasonable technical changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services such as YouTube.

5. YouTube Videos

Course videos may be hosted as unlisted YouTube videos. You must not copy, redistribute or publicly publish private course links or videos.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

7. Prohibited Use

• No resale, redistribution or unauthorized sharing.
• No attempt to bypass access controls.
• No abuse of download links or payment systems.
• No use of the service for unlawful activity.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal. The application verifies the PayPal order and capture on the server before granting access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the digital products or service.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated when reasonably necessary. The updated version will be published on this page.
